Yes I did.
Give them a call. If you are seeing the blue card on your membership account already..that happened for me that same exact day I added the points..then they should be able to troubleshoot why the MM pass didn’t update.
In my case, I already had a qualified membership before we added VGF so my DVC Y was there already.
