Can i "play it by ear" with the new Italy restaurant??

I need an Epcot ADR for September 9th for lunch. I really, really wanted to eat in italy but I can't make an ADR right now because the change to Tutto is "unofficial" If i dont add another TS restaurant, i lose a TS credit, should I take the risk and see if its available same day?

Judging by Disney history is it a possibility they will offer ADR's soon??

I know it's supposed to open September 1, but you never know if that schedule can be maintained.

If it's there you could walk in, but if you have a TS to use, you might want to make a back-up ADR just in case.
