Can I pick up will call tickets at Kidani?

I ordered our tickets online and set it up for pick up at Will Call. Can I pick them up at Kidani on the day we check in?

You have to p/u tickets at Guest Relations at the parks or DTD.

Missytara is correct, Will Call tickets can only be picked up at a Guest Relations location. We often use Conference Tickets & have to pick them up at Will Call.

Thanks, that's good to know. Another question then: we will arrive on a Sunday. The next morning we are headed to Epcot. We will pick up our tickets there and then spend the day there. Is it possible for them to put the tickets on our KTTW cards?

I am fairly sure only the resort can do that; you can check the sticky regarding tickets on the Theme Parks board.

As long as they aren't APs... Lobby Concierge can do it as well. An extra step would put them onto your KTTWs if you would like, but definately as long as they aren't APs they can do that at Lobby Concierge.

Be advised that special party tickets (MNSSHP, etc) cannot be put on KTTWs.

if you have the confirmation number - then yes you can do it - but not a check in (unless they have changed) - you need to go to concierge or guest services (don't remember what it is called)

found out when checked in for MVMCP and got told at the front desk that I could get my tickets with guest services (old name)
