Can I make room requests AFTER I have made the reservation? (RPH)

I didn't know what rooms to ask for when I first made the ressie, but now I know more and would like to make a room request. When I called yesterday about some other things the person I spoke with said I can make those requests (Tower 1 or 3, park view if possible) at the front desk when I arrive, but there really is no place to put that sort of room request in the computer screen she had up. Is this true? Is there a more direct number I can call? (i called 1-888-273-1311)

Has anyone added a room request after the fact?

I would e-mail the contact section on the res. page,
also go to Loews hotel site and sign up for the
you first program and e-mail them also. for requests

Every year I make room request and they tell me they have it down.Called day before we left to make sure we had a sofa in room and had connecting rooms,again I was told yes.Each time when we get to the resorts(Portofino,Royal Pacific)we dont get anything we suppose to get.All they say is sorry we cant guarantee it
