Can I make a request on the DVC website?

I called a few days ago to reserve a 1-br at VWL for next April. I remembered today that I forgot to reserve a pool view, like I usually do. I didn't see it on the website, but is there a way to add it to my reservation that way or do I need to call MS back?

I sent an e-mail through the web site, and asked for a confirming e-mail. I got one back within a day, of course specifying that "requests are not guaranteed!". But it seemed easier than calling again.

Absolutely! I have done it several time just for the same purposes as you would like too. I always have gotten a response back from a CM saying that they have submitted my request and of course with the "requests are not guaranteed!".
