Ow...ow...and ow again?

Yesterday I was walking to my car carrying some laundry in a bag on one shoulder and my laptop bag on the other. Being the klutz I am I stepped off the sidewalk and into a depression in the grass that houses a sprinkler head.

Can anyone guess what happened next?

The laptop is fine btw...thanks for asking.

OMG -- We're TWINS! I did the same thing yesterday! I was walking to the train station and reached into my computer bag for my cell phone -- walked right into a tree planter and the next thing I know I'm sprawled all over the sidewalk. Bruised my left leg something awful.

So I wasn't hurting all that much after it happened but today...OMG. My right shoulder hit the ground and today I can't lift my arm much above my chest. And when I bend my arm my triceps burns like the dickens. Plus my right side around my waist hurts no matter what I do...laugh, cough, sneeze, breath, yawn, move...you get the picture.

Think I may have to go see a doc...feels like I definitely pulled something, possibly tore something in my shoulder.

And the laptop is still fine.
