Can I just order app. instead of TS meal??

I was wondering if it is acceptable to order only appetizers and pay OOP instead of using a TS credit for dinner. We will be dining at Le Cellier during the food and Wine Festival and last year we snacked all day long. We have reservations at Le Cellier and like last year, I probably won't want a full meal. My DH will absolutely want everything on the menu. Can we use one TS credit for him and could I just pay OOP for soup and mussels? Thank you in advance!

Yes, just make sure you let them know that you will be paying for your appetizer with cash.

I often have just appetizers for my meal. When I order, I say "I'll have *so and so* as my meal". That way, the appetizer isn't brought out before your husband's main meal.
