Can I hope we get 1 month notice too?

So my trip is less than 3 weeks away and I have been watching for updates on fastpass enforcement (very anxiously I might add). I know I can adjust if end times are enforced, but I prefer things as they are now - particularly when we are traveling with kids who will definitely need those afternoon naps.

So I ran some searches and it looks like there was about a month from announcement to enforcement at WDW. What does everyone think? Is that realistic? Curious with it already being enforced at WDW if DLR wouldn't get the same notice window? Not that it will change my trip at all - it just might change our reservation for Ariel's Grotto not having a clue when our FP return for RSR will be.

What do you all think?

Last I heard, December 4th is the magic date for them to start enforcing return times.

Our first trip is coming up next month, too. Not knowing the ropes + having small children = it will be much easier for us to utilize FP if return times aren't being enforced, at least on our first trip. So I'm also very curious as to when/how enforcement will start :

Also curious where you found the Dec 4th date - that would be great for me - but I can't find that.

Thanks!

The last rumor I heard was that they would start by Thanksgiving, but have a grace period where they bend the rules until Christmas. It was about a month ago that I heard that rumor but haven't heard anything more since.
