Can I have Poly put a few surprises in the room?

Hi, I have been looking at getting a basket sent to my room but I am wondering if I can call the Poly directly to see about having a few things put in the room. Has anyone done this? We are not staying concierge so I am not sure if this is possible. I would like to get some mouse ears for the kids and some refillable mugs.

Never stayed at Poly but I asked the same of CBR and Disney referred me to disneyflorist.com. They did a great job.

Try Memoriesbybetsy.com I just ordered a basket from her, and she's going to deliver it to our room. She will personalize ears, etc for you.

All gift baskets are delivered to the front desk. If you are already checked in or are staying conceirge then the basket can be in your room. If you haven't checked in it will be in the runner room. You can get it at check in or ask for it to be delivered to your room.

Disney cannot place anything in the room (Baskets, Boxes, Packages) unless the guest has already checked in.

It is for the security of the guests and to prevent theft of objects in rooms.
