I just changed from WL to VWL (cash DVC discount) - havent cancelled the WL yet - will they cancel both ressies on me if I dont cancel immediately?

I don't think the system's that smart. As long as you've met the deposit requirements, I don't think they would cancel. How would they know you didn't have one for you and one for your in-laws or something?

As a courtesy to others, do cancel as soon as you know you're not going to use a ressie. I'm sure there's someone out there desperately hoping to get the ressie you have!

The DVC reservation system and the CRO reservation system do not communicate with each other. Since MS made the cash reservation for the VWL (i know they did because you can't reserve via CRO and still get the DVC member cash discount), no one at Disney will even know you have the two reservations (except us and you, LOL).

If you have 2 ressies they will cancel out. I was told this is something new they have been doing because I had2 ressies and this happened. my money was refunded. so you better call and talk to them. because it will pick it up sooner or later.
