Can I get to a 7am PS at Chef Mickeys from the GF?

7:15am would be a better time. The monorail will open at 7:00am, but that doesn't mean a train will be there. You'll be fine though, they'll hold the PS for a few minutes.

You could just take a cab for about $5 plus tip.
