Can I get this all done during evening EMH at MK?

We'll be at MK in September with evening EMHs from 10-midnight. The day is not recommend on EasyWDW but crowd levels will be fairly low (Touring Plans has it as a 5).

We plan to see Wishes at 9 and then head to Frontierland after to ride BTMR and Splash. I know Splash isn't open for EMH so we're hoping to hit that before they start at 10.

Then we hope to accomplish the following during EMH:
-Pirates
-Jungle Cruise
-Haunted Mansion
-Dumbo but only if we're ahead of schedule; if not, we'll skip it
-Astro Orbiter
-Space Mtn
-Maybe SDMT at the very end of the night if we have time

Is this too ambitious for an evening EMH in MK during a fairly "slow" time in September?

Looks OK, to me.

Just do the most important ones first and keep going until they close the park.

Is that a 5 for MK or for the entire resort? I ask because if it is a 5 for the entire resort, the parks with EMH can be a point or two higher than that since many people plan around EMH. That said, if the crowds are light you should easily be able to do all of that, with the exception that you might not be able to get on 7DMT.

I think it's doable. However, many times I'm shocked at how crowded the EMH park gets. I would jump in the 7DMT line at 11:59!

Five for MK; the entire resort is a four.
