Can I get these at the ticket booth?

We are headed to Disneyland tomorrow and I have a last minute question. We have ticket vouchers from aRes travel so we need to stop at the ticket booth to pick up our tickets. I also need a 1st visit button for my niece and a map with the ECV info on it. Are buttons and these maps available at the ticket booth, or do I need to get them in the park?

Thanks for your help!

I doubt it, it would take too much time. You can get them at the front desk of Disney hotels, hotel restaurants and WOD outside the park. For the ECV maps, I've seen GS at City Hall draw on the regular maps, I've never seen a specific ECV map. Info on which rides require a transfer chair should be on the regular map.

Both maps and buttons can be found at the kiosk at the end of Main Street. Typically that is quicker than going to guest services, unless you already need to stop at guest services for something.

Our last two trips (most recent was June 2014) we were asked if we needed any buttons when we were rx having our vouchers at the ticket booth. We were given 1st visit and I'm celebrating buttons.

There was a booth at the end of the bus drop off loops that had maps. This is also where we got another special button but I can't remember which it was. Citizen?

Our last trip we were given pins at the ticket booth, I always take my stuff to the ticket booth the night before our first day, i like to have my actual tickets in my hand! Our lady at the ticket booth last time was awesome she explained a tone of stuff to us told us about getting cups of ice water for free gave us pins she was great!

The regular park guide that you pick up at the ticket booth, turnstile or throughout the park lists whether a guest can remain in a wheelchair or ECV, or must transfer or must be ambulatory next to the name of every attraction. I have not seen a guide specifically for ECV users.

For buttons you can ask at the ticket booth, City Hall, many of the stores and at the hotels. We've even seen a castmember with a cart in Town Square with buttons.

There is a separate guide for wheelchair & ECV users. It's not like the fancy color guide you receive it's a piece of paper. When you rent one from Disney you get the paper. If you are renting off site I'm sure you could ask for it. It also lists things like parade and fireworks viewing areas.

Then I'd ask for the ECV map at the wheelchair rental instead of waiting in line at City Hall.

Thank you all so much for your help! Looks like I will maybe be able to get the button at the ticket window - if not I know where to find them in the park. Thanks Tina for info on the ECV map - I will ask at the rental place if I can't find it elsewhere.

So excited for tomorrow!!
