Can I get some opinions on my early dec itinerary?

My family (me 50s & 3 20something yos) will be in Disney on 12/6 & 12/7 staying at SoG. We will be coming from Universal & will have park hoppers. I’m not sure if we’ll be buying Genie+, but I’ll watch the boards for the week before we go and then make a decision. This is what I’m thinking:

12/6 - 7am (IF we get Genie+, get LL for SDD & buy $ILL for ROTR)
- check into SoG (can I validate our park tickets here? Or can it only be done at a park?)
- head over to HS and spend the morning & early afternoon there.
- Skyline to Epcot (do I have to wait until 1pm to try to get in the Remy VQ? Or do I have to be in Epcot to do that?)
- Epcot for the rest of the day (extra evening hours if we want)

12/7 - MK (early entry) spend as much time here as the 20yos want
- hop to AK (closes at 7)
- then head to DS.
- thinking of parking the car at MK (and paying the extra $25) then driving to AK so we can then drive to DS versus taking a bus from AK to a resort then picking up another bus. (Thoughts?)

For Remy and the 1:00 VQ drop you have to be in the park but you can't hop until 2pm. I don't think you could try at the 7 am one without that being your park reservation that day.

In many dates there are still boarding groups remaining at 2:00pm. I hopped to Epcot last Sunday and was allowed in at around 1:50pm, so your call depending on whether or not Remy's is a must for you, as you can buy the individual lightening pass.
