Can I get Info sent to me from Universal?

I have never been to Universal and don't really know anything about it. We are getting 2 free passes and decided to go check it out. We aren't going until the week after Thanksgiving and I was going to start getting some info. I went to their website, but didn't see where they offered any videos like Disney. Can you request maps and info to be mailed to you? I want to have some kind of game plan instead of just going blindly. We will have a 3 year old and 7 month old, so patience may be somewhat thin to wonder around aimlessly. TIA!

Keep reading these boards and you will learn all you need to know. For right now I would recomend going to a local library and seeing if they have any guide books you could take a look at. I just bought the Kelly Monaghan guidebook so I had an up to date version.

If you go to universalorlando.com, you should be able to download a brochure that gives you info on both parks. Doesn't have show times or anything like that, but includes general maps of both parks that shows the attractions.

That coupled with this site and so much info online, you have plenty of time to do research.
