Can I get credit towards a new ticket?

From an expired, partially used 3 day pass? My mom wants to know if she can apply her one unused day to the purchase of a new pass. I thought that you used to be able to do this -- does anyone have any recent experience?

Depends on the fine print on the ticket, but typically, no. For the last few years tickets have expired 13 days after the first use. If you dont use everything you have coming in those 13 days you are out of luck.
