Can I get a recommendation from you guys please?

My parents are going to buy me a new camera for Christmas. I have a great larger size Fugi camera (uses Xd Cards) that takes beautiful pics but is so bulky for our Disney trips and when we go places around town or home just for fun pics. My mom has a Olympus Stylus 840 (I think) and it has a 8mp, 5xOzoom, etc. and uses and Xd Card. She loves it and so she's trying to talk me into a Olympus FE340 that she saw at the camera store yesterday. It's on sale for 120.00 right now too.

My question is what camera do you recommend for under $125.00 that will give me the following:

1. clear, high resolution pics up to 8X10 with great color and stability (I have a 4 year old who can't keep still...lol)

2. Video (with sound) capability so I can video 3-5 minutes clips to post on my blog w/ good quality picture

3. Good battery life, case, and everything for downloading pics to computer/websites, etc.

4. Slim size for putting in my purse or possibly pocket...this is a must!

Any advice?? Mom is wanting to order the camera ASAP so any advice given is reallllly helpful! Thanks!

It's not quite under 125.00 but I would recommend the Canon A560. (I just stopped using mine to move up to a DSLR)

The A560 will give you videos with sound, a long battery life, good sharp pictures, and is really easy to carry around. It's 129.95 on Amazon right now. The canon will fit in your pocket or purse, and is a fairly sturdy camera. I used mine my last two trips to WDW, and used it to film HM and POTC. I also used it to take sunsets and other pics. I've dropped it, sat on it, and it still works just great.
