I am renting points from a DVC member and staying in a 1 bedroom? Will the res be in that person's name? TIA

If you are renting a reservation from a DVC member, they would have put you on the reservation.

When you get to the resort, if a bounceback is being offered, you would be eligible to take advantage of it.

I went in December on my own points and there was a flyer in our room. I didn't take advantage of it because I own DVC but could have.
