I've never thought about that before but a friend of mine who may have only an hour before park closing asked me yesterday?

As long as they have a ticket, I suppose so. :confused3

seems like a wasted ticket that the last time I check was $72.00

However I know it can be done with an AP. I have done this for things like seeing wishes or illuminations.

Thank you so much! They have some sort of "California Pass" and want to see a christmas parade or something. I don't know anything about all that as Disneyland is the only Disney park in the world I have never visited but I have to admit I was flattered when they called me (calling me an expert :lovestruc) so I wanted to find the right answer.
Thanks again!

Technically, they will not allow you entrance into the park for the first time 29 minutes prior to closing. Yes, I had the need to enter once under circumstances that required me to find out that answer.

I was able to get in once with 5 minutes remaining. Purchased a full ticket. And saw the electric light parade in DCA. Completly worth it.
