Can I downgrade park-hoppers to non-hoppers?

If the "Magic number" starts with "M00" (M zero zero) then Guest Relations can do stuff with it. People in my role don't have access to the Magic system. Our coordinators do, but they usually have us send those files to GR unless the coordinators aren't busy.

Magic files document when and why (and for whom) exceptions are made.

Thanks so much for the input, everyone! The number does begin with M00 and I'm very relieved to hear that it sounds like a refund is possible. I'll definitely be printing it off and taking it with us.
