We are spending one night at pop, 1 night at contemporary and then returning to pop for rest of the trip. Can I leave my car at pop and take the bus to contemporary? I don't want to be towed!!

Yes. I would TELL THEM at the front desk when you check in so they can make your parking pass good for the entire time.

I'm not sure, but I don't think so. Since you will be a guest of a different resort that 2nd night, I think you stand the chance of being towed. I would ask at the front desk of Pop; maybe they will give you an extended parking permit to cover the whole time. Not sure, though.

From many reports on these boards, they aren't giving the paper parking passes at the resorts anymore. They scan your MB instead.

OP- Not sure why you want to bus from Pop to CR if you have a car (actually you need to take the MK bus and walk over to CR). Note that you cannot bring luggage on Disney buses other than DME.

I hate driving around disneyworld. Since we will only have 1 night at CR a backpack would do. Without the parking pass being used do you think I can get by with it?

As another poster suggested, just ask at the front desk at Pop. I expect it will be okay since the value resorts are not the ones with easy/close theme park access, and parking enforcement isn't going to be what it is at the MK monorail or EPCOT resorts.

Perhaps not all the resorts have converted to MB scans for parking quite yet. I was just stating what many have reported recently.
