I have a question about points for an upcoming trip I want to book. Here's the run down - My use year is april. I have no more 2010 points and i have 45 2011 points left at the BWV. I want to call in Dec. at my 11 month mark for a trip we want to take in Nov. 2011. The trip needs 58 points (and yes the trip is for the BWV) When I call in Dec. can I use my 45 2011 points and borrow the 13 points I still need for the trip from my 2012 points???

Yes- the trip is during your 2011 use year and so you can use banked 2010, 2011, or borrowed 2012 points for it.

yes, we just did this to book a 2011 trip, borrowing from 2012. ms will confirm that borrowing is a final transaction and that points will then remain in that year~2011.
