Has anybody ever packed glow sticks in their checked bags? I am wondering if I should mail them to the hotel or if they would be alright in my checked bags.

Also can my dds bring magnet dolls on the airplane? I wasn't thinking and bought them some princess magnet dolls (like paper dolls but made with magnets) to keep them busy at the airport and on the plane.

Another item I have for them but now wonder if it is allowed are the color wonder markers. I found cinderella colorwonder book with markers. Can these be brought onto the airplane?

I guess I wasn't thinking when I planned and bought these items.

Hi. I brought my DD the magnet dolls. I got them at Claire's and they have a metal case and the magnetic clothes to dress up the characters on the outside of the case. Are those the same ones you have. We traveled with them in May. It was before all the newest regulations though. They were in her carry on bag and there was no problem. Not sure about your other questions, sorry.

The dolls I bought doesn't have any box. The doll and clothes are on a sheet ib clear plastic.

I don't really see how the dolls would be a problem. But I am by no way an expert. As long as they fit in a bag or something and you put them through security. Seems to me it should be fine.

All of those things are fine, I have always packed the glow sticks in my checked bags. Leaving them in the original packaging will assure they don't snap and glow before you want to use them.

The only new restrictions on carry on items are in regards to liquids and gels. You can bring color wonder, magnets, dvd players, gameboys etc. You can't bring any liquid other than travel size containers less than 3oz in the original containers.
