We have always had my DH get an annual pass for the room discount and the rest of us get regular tickets. Therefore we have some days left on those tickets that we can use on this next trip. We are considering getting the Dinig plan and I need to know if I can get different tickets. If you book online it only lets you get all the same number of days on each ticket. If I called directly would I be able to get the Dining Plan for the entire stay with 3 6 day tickets and 1 10 day ticket? We will be there 9 nights. Also do you get credits for the day you check out? Our flight departs at 6pm the day we leave.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your credits are based on the number of nights you stay.

You can have everyone get 1 day tickets and then upgrade them as needed when you get to WDW. You should be able to do that online, but I always call so I am not sure how to do it online.

ETA: You can upgrade each ticket however you want to, they do not need to all be the same.

In your case, since you need 3 6 day tickets and 1 10 day, I would purchase the package with 6 day tickets and then take one of the tickets and upgrade it to a 10 day after you check-in. I think you can do it a guest services in your resort.

Everyone in your group would need to buy the same ticket. You each can upgrade those tickets to whatever you want if you choose to at WDW.
There is not an AP room discount allowed on any MYW Dining package.
There would not be any credits at check out. You could buy non expiring tickets.

Well, you can use credits on the day you check out. You get 1 TS, 1 CS, and one snack PER NIGHT of your package, not per DAY. You can use them at any time during your trip, including on your last day after you check out.
