Can I do this and does it make sense

Going to the BWV on 9-16 September. Traded for this using my time share. I will have to buy the DDP for this time frame. I have not bought the MYW tickets yet.

If we extend our trip for additional four nights, 16-20 September, at a different resort with a second reservation, I know we get free dining once we buy the MYW ticket.

Here is my question. If I buy a MYW 10 day ticket with the second reservation for 16 September, can I access the ticket starting on the 9th when I do the first check in.

If this would work, where I go to get the tickets linked for the 1st reservation and the MYW tickets?

No. Your tickets for the reservation on the 16th will not be available to you until you check-in on that reservation. Sorry

You can just buy a 1 day base ticket with your second reservation and still get free dining if that helps.

It would be nice if you could do that... but they won't let you. My advice would be to add your 4 nights as "room only" with no tickets or dining plan. Hopefully you could get a code rate if one becomes available. It's not going to be worth getting the additional one day tickets just to get 4 days of free food and packing rack rate for your resort room.

I'll see if I can move my two reservations around. If I can move the Boardwalk for a small price then it will work. Adding 4 new days shouldn't be a problem. Except would have to redo my plans and resessie for some of the days.
