Can I do both quest?

Me and my family went to Disneyland the first day of the holiday quest got our stuff yadda yadda, but my question is can I go back and do the new replacement quest or does it count as the same one? I know a quest can only be re done every 90 days but technically its no the same quest right?

The Haunted Mansion Holiday quest is considered a NEW quest even though the prize is the DLR pumpkin. You can do it even if you already did the original Holiday quest or Haunted Mansion quest.
