Can I do better?

I reserved acar with National Emerals Isle for Aug for 345. It is quoted as 146.99 a week and it is a 13 day rental. I s there any way to do better than that? Last time I had the entertainment coupon but I used them already.

I did one ressie on the DC club and got the National EA rate of $145 for a base rate. the additional days are $24. each. I don't know if you can do any better than that. I figure the ease of getting the car is worth atleast $50 so I am ahead of the game so far.
