Hi- I was wondering if anyone can help me with a ticket pricing ?

I'm tossing around the idea of getting an annual pass for an upcoming trip this Dec. and then using them again for the following year. I currently have 4- 4day hps 3 adult & 1 child with 1 day left on each.

Here's my dilemma- There will be 6 in our party. 4 adults, 1 child, 1 under 3.

I would buy annual passes for the 5 paying members and then next year can I use the rest of my hp days on all those tix and combine them into 1 tix for my then 3 year old? Also - does it matter that the tickets weren't originally for her?

I'm sorry this is really confusing. To me at least.

thanks!

No, you can't. You can't take a batch of left-overs and trade them in for one ticket. Tickets can only be upgraded or traded in on a one-for-one basis.

Yes, it does. Which is part of the reason that you can't lump all the left-overs together into one ticket. WDW tickets are, technically, non-transferable. Which means that they must be used by the person who purchased them. However, it's pretty common for people within the same family to trade tickets and use each other's on future trips, so as long as there's not a photo or signature on any of your left over tickets, you can generally have any other family member use them. You could use all your individual left-overs for your daughter, but that will raise eye-brows, since you'll be using mostly adult tickets for a child.

Can I transfer the adult tix into children tix and have her use one each day?

No. Again, because they obviously were not purchased for her, you can't trade them in for her use. Also, you'd be trading "down" -- more expensive adult tickets for less expensive child's tickets -- and Disney tickets don't work that way. If you were trading child's tickets up to adult tickets, you'd have better luck.

Sorry.
