Can I change ticket bought through Undercover Tourist to another person's name?

My husband may not be able to go on our planned trip. I have purchased our tickets through Undercover Tourist and have them assigned on My Disney Experience. Can I switch them to my mother's name if we decide she will go instead? And if so, should I call Disney rather than do anything online? TIA!

You can switch tickets as long as the haven't been used yet. I switched some in MDE, don't remember exactly what I did but do recall it was straight forward. In my case I had 2 1 day tickets that I reassigned from my dd and her friend to my dh. It was easy.

You can reassign unused tickets as a procedure in your MyDisneyExperience account.

You can also go into MDE and edit the name - just change his to your Mother's name.
