Can I cancel online?

Can I cancel a reservation online? Or do I have to call MS?
I want to book a reservation online right now to replace one that I already have and am afraid if I wait until tomorrow morning, it will be gone!

Yes, go to Vacation Center on the home page not the booking area (right side - first link). Press that. Then press Upcoming Vacations. Then press Travel Plan details on that specific vacation and it will give you the choice to cancel and follow the prompts.

But do know that if it's a prime reservation - someone could snag it while you're waiting. It's a crapshoot. If you wait for MS - might be gone - but they would be able to hold for a second while they cancel (well some say they can but stories of others losing one so ????).

I've taken the chance two times or more this week online with prime reservations and been okay. Just a heads up.

Thank you for the instructions. I managed to cancel online and get almost what we wanted. But I will not complain considering we are traveling for new years eve

In my experience it will take a few minutes for the points to become available in your account and you can't hold the reservation you want while you're waiting. When I did it there was a few minutes lag time between me releasing the dates I was trying for, cancelling what I already had & being able to book what I wanted.
