Can I cancel a reservation without a charge?

If I book a reservation for next March, can I still cancel and get all my money back. I haven't been there in 5 yrs. and didn't know if the policy changed?

If you are booking a room only reservation, you can cancel up to 5 days before your trip. If you are booking a package, it will have to be paid in full 45 days before you arrive, and you will be charged a fee for canceling after the 45 days.

As long as you are more than 30 days before the arrival date. So if you have less than 30 days before your set to arrive then yes there is a cancellation fee.

Packages must be cancelled on or before 45 days prior to arrival. As the pp said, any cancellations made 44 days or less from arrival will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

What about if the package is paid in full -- does Disney reimburse the money except the $200? And who do they refund -- the TA or me, the customer?

If you paid in full prior to 45 days, yes, you get all the money back. If you paid with a credit card they will just refund the card, so it will go back to you. But your TA could handle the transaction for you I'm sure.
