Can I call Magical Express directly?

I'm using DVC points for my next vacation. My DSis and DBIL are coming the day after we are. They are included on my reservation. Can I call ME myself to get them booked on ME? Or does the DVC member have to do it on my behalf? I have the reservation #'s.

If you are booked on points, the DVC member will have to make arrangements for you through Member Services.
