Can I buy fresh milk and fruit from anywhere?

My youngest still has fresh milk in the morning and at bedtime, is there anywhere i can buy a pint? Also fresh fruit, apart from stocking up at breakfast time tut tut where can i buy some?

It may be easiest to take a flask with you, fill up ice bucket and get milk from breakfast

Certainly during the summer you can buy apples and bananas from carts around Disneyland although they are very expensive. Not sure if this is all year round. We take these with us and just keep a fruit bowl in the room. If you go into Val d'Europe you will be able to get everything including fresh, organic milk at the Auchan supermarket. Otherwise there is a shop attached to the garage by the Santa Fe and two small shops inside the train station at Disneyland (Chessy) but I think these only sell UHT milk. We've stored milk in a cool box which we have replenished with ice from the ice machines in the hotel twice a day but as this is a bit of a chore we now actually take a mini-fridge with us which works well.

We r flying to Paris and both r boys take milk a few times a day as well - I might take the toddler milk that you can buy in the likes of tescos (can you take this onto a plane?)

Auchan Supermarket at Val d'Europe is your best bet.

The Relay store inside the RER train station definitely didn't have fresh milk last September, though they did have some 'long life' style in plastic bottles.
Julie wanted some for cups of tea.

I don't know about the other hotels but I know Cheyenne sell small cartons of milk but they are quite expensive. Fruit can be bought at earl of sandwich and inside the station

On our last trip HNY had small cartons of milk for sale....keeping it at correct temperature would be the problem.

The milk in cartons us long life so in theory wouldn't have to be kept chilled though warm milk is disgusting

I thought the milk in cartons at HNY Was fresh as they had it in the fridge at HNY and wasn't the same as the long life stuff you get in the station shop plus the carton in HNY is really small, like you would get fruit juice in, and was 1.60

It is frowned upon as you are not meant to take food out of the restaurants. I know the SL hotel has a sign saying as much. Some people do take a pastry with them which doesn't seem bad but some have taken a whole pack up which I feel us wrong as you are paying for bed and breakfast, not bed, breakfast and lunch.

Disney have gone to cubing cheese in the hotels with the exception of DLH and possibly the HNY as to discourage people from making lunch

you cant take it on as hand luggage, they get you to open the carton and taste it you can put it in your case for hold luggage tho. My daughter doesnt like this kind or i would have taken a few.

Think we will just give her milk at breakfast time and see how we go. Might end up at reception with a distraught toddler and an empty bottle, maybe they would help me out She is 18months so i at an age to stop but its her comfort at night

To be honest, I don't really eat breakfast as it can make me feel ill. So it'd be more like taking my share of breakfast to eat later in the day.

The one we bought was fresh milk.....a really small amount though!

We usually take the toddler powder milk with us as DS has 2 bottles of milk before bed. You just make it up with cooled boiled water. It's pretty easy, doesn't take long to do. PLUS it was a worry off my mind, not having to look for milk each day. Also he was so tired at night time, he didn't notice it was different

I'm not sure that the milk at breakfast was fresh, I think it might have been UHT as I remember not wanting to eat cereal. Don't all the hotel rooms have minibars? Ours in NPB did, it caused a bit of havoc on our room bill but I just explained that we took all their stuff out to use the fridge for water and milk and they cancelled all the minibar items from our bill. I took a brand of UHT that I know doesn't taste too rank in our suitcase.

It is UHT or it used to be, although you can;t really tell once its in tea or coffee.

I do know some people have gone to the bar and have managed to get some milk in the evenings

Not sure about this as we have our first ever DLP visit coming up at the end of May but Mcdonalds sell milk - it's on the kids meals but they'll sell the cartons separately and, as its McDonalds, I assume it'll be the same (semi-skim fresh) milk the world over?! I'm hoping so as my girls still love milk at 9 and 11!!
