Can I buy Disney Dollars online?

Do they only sell them at the Disney Stores?

Denise I asked the same question last week, and nobody answered, so I send an e-mail to Disney and they responded that you can buy up to 650$ in Disney Dollars by mail at this adress: Disney Dollars

From what I understand, the only places to buy Disney Dollars is at the Disney Stores themselves .. and City Hall in the Magic Kingdom WDW. (*I'm sure there is a location at Disneyland, but I'm not sure what it is.)
