Can I borrow from Dec 2018?

I want to book a weekend trip for early May 2017 but need 20 points. I have a Dec it. Can I borrow Dec 2018 points for a May 2017 trip? TiA

I would not think so. Dec use year gets the points in Dec so you just got Dec 2016 points so you would have to borrow from 2017.

12/1/17 - 11/30/18: UY2017
12/1/18 - 11/30/19: UY2018

You can borrow UY2017 points for a May 2017 trip.

A May 2017 trip falls in your 2016 UY and you can only borrow ahead 1 UY, so the answer is no.

Why don't you purchase the 20 points you need directly from The Disney Vacation Club? They will cost you $15.00 a point and can be purchased by calling member services.

Have you borrowed all your dec 2017 points? Call MS to puchase 20 one time use points for $15 per point. You can purchase up to 24 per year.
