Can I book/request GMF via email?

Once again I'm trying to save the cost of an international phone call. Can I just email my request for GMF? Or will I need to call? Along the same lines, can I email a request for seating times at Blue Lagoon and Walt's?

If not, I guess I'll be calling tonight. I believe Paris time is 9hours later than me, I'm in CA. So at least I'll be dialing during the night time rates.
