Can I book online without calling DVC member services first?

Hey all!
I just joined DVC, got my membership number in the mail today. Was wondering if you can book a vacation online without calling first, if its your first time. I am Canadian and I know it is memorial day in the US, so the DVC office is closed. I should really just wait until tomorrow, but I am so excited!! (and my kids are out with daddy, so its quiet!)

Yes, you absolutely can as long as you have your DVC member online account activated.

You need an activation code from Member Administration in addition to your member number to establish your online account. So unless they gave that to you before you got your member number, you'll need some help from them to set up your account.

You need a Club ID which is different than your Member Number.
