Can I book bounceback if staying at FW campsite?

If FD is offered this year as a bounceback, will we be eligible to book? We're staying onsite this year at a FW campsite. I know FD is not available at the campsites, but would we be eligible to book a regular room w/ FD at POP for 2015 using the bounceback?

I looked this up once when I was there and was told as long as I called the number while still checked in I could get the BB (from someone who had done it before). We ended up not trying so I have no personal experience, sorry.
