Can I book 1st & add deal later?

Okay, I am just wanting to confirm this. Can I book a vacation now & add a discount later? I am a planner & am looking at a vacation in a year & a half. Obviously no deals are out yet. lol. If I book now & free dining or room discounts come out, can I add them on? Has anyone actually done this successfully? Thanks in advance!!!

If, when the promotion comes out, there are rooms available for the discount that are the same as the one you booked, yes, they will apply it to your reservation.

It is important, though, to call right away as there have been times that people had to change resorts because theirs was sold out for the promo by the time they got around to calling.

Also, if you're looking to book a year and a half out (into 2012), not only are there no deals available, but packages aren't available yet. You'd have to do a room only booking then change it to a package later.
