If you go into your own profile (by clicking your own username) you'll be able to see people who have visited your page

It makes me paranoid that people have visited my page, don't see why anyone would have any need too.

Also I have clicked onto someones name by mistake and it has taken to me to their page I feel like a spy.

I'm only guessing but the "board tracker" might be the name given to an automated process, like a backup or something.
