I once saw someone post (long ago) that they added a BLT extra Bacon to go with breakfast.

If I had to guess, I'd suspect this probably got curtailed because people were ordering sandwiches to take on excursions in violation of the policy that only prepackaged items can be taken off the ship at ports.

Even though room service is 24 hours, only breakfast items are available during breakfast hours.

With BLT, I order one the night before I want it and then just eat it cold (put in fridge) as by the time it arrives its usually cold anyway. This is assuming that you are after a BLT - only assuming you are as its breakfast
