Can I add a day to my existing tickets?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to modify our existing tickets by adding an extra day? I know ticket sales are on hold for the time being so I wasn’t sure if it were possible. Our flight info changed and now we aren’t leaving until 5:30 pm. I figured some extra time in the parks (since we don’t get to visit WDW often) would be well worth the cost of adding on another day. And hopefully if it is, our existing tickets/park passes wouldn’t be screwed up. If it’s not possible, we’ll just venture over to Disney Springs. I wanted to see if anyone had experience doing this before calling.

I tried and couldn't.

I was scheduled to arrive early (6am) on a Tuesday - leaving L.A. at 10pm Monday night. The flight was changed by 12 hours to leaving 10am Monday morning. I now arrive at MCO at 6pm Monday night. Tried to add a day. Nothing.

We can't add days to existing 2020 tickets yet.

Nope. There are two or three people on here who have reported being able to add a day, but it looks like they got lucky with a CM who didn't understand the policy (similar to the people who were pixie dusted major resort upgrades before Disney cracked down on CMs). I've asked probably 5-6 times, including on the special guest services line, and each time was told no.

Ok, I’m not even going to mess with it then. I figured that was the case. I think we’ll enjoy sleeping in and grabbing a bite in Disney Springs before we leave!
