Can Family members use ADR if Primary is not present?

I have some ADR's that we were planning to use with family members but I may not make the trip. For ADR's in my name, can I keep them and will the others be able to use them? Can they give the cast member my name (actually same name as another in the party)?

I think we just gave my name and did not scan magic band in past visits.

Yes, just have them give your name at check in.
