Did anyone catch the wording in the new May Vacation Magic e-mail? It sounds like you can only sign up for the dining plan when you are first book your reservation. Wasn't expecting that....
Plan ahead for dining plan
Remember that, while the
Disney Dining Plan is available to you through Member Services when you book your stay at a Disney Vacation Club Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort (not applicable for The Disney Collection Resorts),
you must book this prior to arrival.
You'll pay for your pre-booked plan upon check in, but the Front Desk Cast Member can't add the Disney Dining Plan to your existing reservation.
The Disney Dining Plan gives each person in your party one counter-service meal, one snack and one table-service meal for each night of your stay. Prices for 2006, including tax and gratuities, are $37.99 a night for adults and $10.99 a night for children ages 3-9.
