Can Disney Visa Reward dollars be used at T-Rex restaurant?

Where can Disney Visa Reward dollars be used besides inside the theme parks? Can they be used at T-Rex restaurant?

It's not listed on the Disney Visa website. However, I seem to recall we just charged our dinner at T-Rex on our KTTW... so you could do that and then pay that balance off with your rewards card, which is definitely accepted for the room charges.
