Can disney reservations pull up a pin code if you can't read the e-mail

I got a pin code e-mail from Disney, but it came over all messed up. I can read some of the information, but not all plus the PIN Code is unreadable.

If I call reservation and give them my name would they beable to pull this up.

It should be attached to your name in their system. Call. Good luck!!

depends on the email reader you use and your settings, it's possible that it's not showing the images or the HTML encoded in the email. Look for a small bar on the top that says 'load images' or 'not a scam' and see if that loads it.

I tried both of those and still nothing. It said there was an sending error and not all is available to read, do you still want to open e-mail.

Well I called and was told that if the e-mail can’t be read fully and no pin can be read from it then there is nothing they can do for me.

It was the one that included the $500 gift card to. I guess we can only wait to see if something gets released to the public during the month of May.

Try forwarding your email to another email address. Sometimes that happens to me on AOL so I forward to work and I can read that one. I generally look for the writing that says "if you can read this email click here to open" and that often works too.

Try calling back a different CM may look it up for you.

I called and asked if they could tell me if I had any codes attached to my name and they told me.

Just ask, they checked for both value and moderate resorts for me.
