Yes. Not only can you use it there, it is ONLY a cs credit. It is like a sit down meal where the waiter brings you your drink only you get your own food from the serving line and it is only a counter service credit. There is a 10% tip on that meal though. They have really good food.

Just FYI: As of January 1, 2013 the Pepper Market switched back to an ala carte menu for all three meals. Breakfast and Lunch used to be a CS buffet, but it no longer is. Still good, just not as good a value.
