Can Dining Plan be used on Room Service?

I was wondering if the dining plan credits can be used on room service at Disney Hotels. We are planning on staying at the Yacht Club and we'll have a one year old with us, so i was thinking it might be nice if room service was an option in case he needs to go to bed early or sleep in late, DH and I could get some food! Anyone know? I couldn't figure it out from the online brochure (but maybe I missed it!). Thanks!

The only dining plan that includes room service is the Platinum Plan Package. It also includes a lot of other things like spas, shows and tours, and it's pricey. It's cheaper to go with the basic plan and just pay out of pocket if you want an occasional room service meal.

I am no expert but you should be able to get a TS meal from one of the resturant at BC or BW to go. Your DH would need to go down to pick it up but that might work.
