Is there a way to rent a tux on the ship, or for it to be brought to the stateroom? How much? I haven't seen my DH in a tux in 17 years, might be a treat!
Well... I think one of the CMs has to wear the Baloo suit...
heh. sorry.
yes, you can rent a tux for the 7 day cruise. a leaflet will be with your cruise documents with the information. I believe you pick up the tuxes at the port right before you board the ship.
For the 7 day cruise:
If you rent a tux from the people in the brochure that DCL includes in your Cruise Docs, they will have it delivered to your stateroom cabin on the day you arrive.
The standard package comes with 2 shirts and one jacket. You can order it with a white and a black jacket as well.
When you disembark, you just leave it in the wardrobe closet and the stateroom host will return it for you.
They make it very convenient for you.
There really isn't a formal night on the 3 or 4 day cruises so they do not include the brochure with those cruise docs.
No really, does anyone know the cost ? It might be nice not to have to rent and pack something from here. However, if DH dresses up that much,I guess I'll need to pack something fancy myself! Thanks again for your answers!
Tuxedo rentals need to be arranged in advance. Disney works with Cruiseline Formalwear as their provider. You will receive a brochure with your cruise documents, but you can (and should) make arrangements further in advance. You can do so online at www.cruiselineformal.com.
