Can child change rooms?

Hello, we are getting ready for our 4 night cruise this coming Sunday and I have a quick question. We have two staterooms directly across the hall from eachother. In one is my wife, myself, and our nearly 5 year old daughter. In the other are my parents.

My daughter wants to have a "sleepover" with the grandparents while on the cruise. Will this be a problem? Both rooms sleep 3 so logistically it should be fine. Just wondering if DCL will give us a hard time if we do this.

Thanks!
Jim

NO, we have done this often. Just let the steward know when, they like to fix the bed for this.

DCL really does not care where you sleep. Also, especially after recent events, make sure you have a life jacket for her in each room.:)

On the last cruise my grand daughter made a friend and she stayed in her friend's room one night towards the end of the cruise. There shouldn't be any problems at all. Enjoy your cruise and don't sweat the small stuff. Lois

there wont be any problem. you should have the same stateroom host since its right across the hall, but if not remember to tip a little extra for the child sleeping over there one night.

The only issue is the KTTW card will only open the room she is registered to. Since she is young, this probably is a nonissue. We switched my dd14 and ds11 faround because the TA registered them in the wrong rooms. The Stack staff called my room every day to give information about the days activities and left things at my room for her. Guest Services switched the KTTW cards so they opened the right rooms, so it worked for us.
